I am at my second lawyer and she'll file for a new lawsuit soon at State level. Worked for the Comptroller's Office. Dumped like an old rag. I am so tired. I read the report but they are not really condemning anybody. Warp speed worked (!!), they want to be ready for the next pandemic.
